Denmark is so much more then just Copenhagen or Legoland.
We rented a car for one day and drove to the island of Møn. It took around 2 hours from the centre of Copenhagen. We had bought some snacks the day before so the drive went fast as we were eating our sandwiches and chocolate cookies.
Møns Klint (the Cliffs of Møn) are a 6 km stretch of chalk cliffs along the eastern coast of the Danish island of Møn in the Baltic Sea. With a 267 metre long wooden boardwalk on the edge of the cliffs, everybody has access to the breathtaking view.
Besides the cliffs you should also visit landscaped park Liselund, which lies in a fairytale setting near Møns Klint in the northeast corner of the island Møn. I took probably 100 photos of the “Liselund Slot” – the cute cottage by the small pond.
I highly recommend visiting the island of Møn, such a magical place!
